Arsenal and Egypt midfielder Mohamed Elneny is reportedly linked with a move to Turkish Super Lig giants Trabzonspor in January.
Elneny hasn’t been featuring regularly for Arsenal this season making just four appearances in all competitions while starting against PSV Eindhoven three weeks ago before sustaining an injury.
Despite returning to the bench in their 1-1 draw away at Liverpool, the former Basel man hasn’t had any minutes for Arsenal for nearly a month.
However, the 31-year-old still plays an important role for his country and is set to depart to join Egypt’s squad for the upcoming 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
