Zamalek have agreed a deal with Pyramids FC to sign duo Abdallah El-Said and Seif Farouk Gaafar.
It is understood the deal agreed is for an initial 21 million EGP fee, 15 million (€448,000) for Abdallah El-Said and 6 million (€180,000) for Gafaar, who left Zamalek for Pyramids on a free six months ago.
The deal marks the end of a long-saga that saw Zamalek been trying to sign soon-to-be 39-year-old Abdallah El-Said since 2018 following his famous issue with Al Ahly.
El-Said has been playing for Pyramids FC since January 2019, making 184 appearances for the club in which he scored 47 goals and assisted 44.
This season, El-Said featured 15 times for Pyramids FC, scoring two goals, and will hope he can end his trophy-drought with Zamalek.
He will now also join a very exclsuive club of players to have played for Al Ahly, Zamalek, and Ismaily, having begun his career with the latter before leaving in 2011 for the Reds.
Meanwhile, Seif Farouk Gaafar, rejoins Zamalek just six months after initially leaving for Pyramids FC on a free transfer.
The 24-year-old struggled for game time at Pyramids, making just four appearances, inclduing only two starts.
Gaafar is a product of Zamalek’s youth sector, and played 35 times for the Whites during his first spell, scoring two goals.
