Zamalek’s left-back, Ahmed Fatouh, continues rehab for a hamstring tear from the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations with the Egyptian national team.
Fatouh sustained an injury before the second half against DR Congo and was replaced with Mohamed Hamdi, who later received a red card in the extra time.
Dr. Mohamed Osama, head of Zamalek’s medical staff, confirmed to the club’s media center that Ahmed Fatouh is undergoing an intensive rehabilitation regimen
The doctor expects Fatouh’s treatment to continue for four weeks with daily sessions to ensure his optimal medical readiness.

Meanwhile, Zamalek intensifies training for their upcoming clash against Ismaily on February 19th, in the thirteenth Premier League round.
